Viving Vannes: the Home, Garden and Real-estate Fair

From 2 to 4 March 2019 at the Chorus Exhibition Park 

A total of 180 professional exhibitors from the construction, renovation, decoration and interior design sectors in the Vannes region will be at the Chorus for the 33rd Viving Home, Garden and Real-estate Fair.
Indeed, all the trades linked to real estate and home improvement are represented at the fair: real-estate developers and planners, builders and real estate agents, architects and interior designers, as well as local-planning authorities and governmental information offices, banks and lawyers specialising in real estate issues.

Advice for every kind of project

This year, there will be a great programme of DIY workshops and expert conferences, over the course of the three days. Three special areas have even been set up this year in order to respond more effectively to the needs of visitors who have projects.
The Expert Zone gives visitors the opportunity to have a free appointment with a specialist. Those interested in learning more about purchasing a home, different types of building contracts, how to finance their energy renovation projects, or how to develop their real estate portfolio will be able to have a 20-minute meeting to get expert advice.
If visitors bring plans and photos, they can also participate in an expert Decoration Coaching session with an interior designer at the "Deco Lab". In just 30 minutes, they will be able to build their interior-design project thanks to expert tips.
